I recently purchased the K-Line 42418 Operating Platform with Freight Car. I found that I had to raise the platform in order for the crates to "somewhat" load on to the freight car. The problem I see, is that the man with the hand cart that pushes the crates doesn't reach the car very well. I have removed it and tried to adjust it differently on the gears but still is inadequate. Has anyone found a good solution to get the man to push the crates on the car? Thanks

I've thought about buying one of these, as they come up on Evilbay once in awhile. In this clip, not my own, the flatcar looks like it needs to be fairly close to the platform. Other equipment, like locomotives may foul the platform.
Yes, the Fastrack is close to the platform. It has not interfered with any of my engines, but it must be on straight track. At this point, and with hind sight, I may of held off on purchasing this. I run it off of my legacy remote and it is cumbersome to initiate the process from start to finish. However if I can get the crates to load properly, it would be a win.
