The "shoe" securing the rear right wheel if the Berk rear truck is missing and the wheel will not stay in place. Would appreciate any leads on finding this very small replacement part, or suggestions as to how I could jerry-rig a replacement piece.

did you try calling brassuers? they have the k-line parts
These are from the Lionel site, rear truck and plastic bearing. Is the bearing insert there?

One respondent suggested the part may be available at brasiers. I assume that they carry K Line parts only. The part number accompanying your photographs is for line, correct?
