Hello all ..in the mid 50's Kemtron did it's best to be a one stop shopping experience catering to TT to O gauge ...HO, OO in between . One item I had seen listed in thier catalogs was the CP Huntington ...casting kit in O scale ,un-powered $ 49.50..never saw one in the flesh / brass . Well when it rains, it pours ...this pair surfaced together ...bare brass un-powered ...painted powered and engraved A F Miller ...Cucumber Gap ? Any idea what that was ?
I need to do a little work on the painted one before putting a fire in the boiler to  see if she'll run .

Those look very nice.    I had never seen anything like that from Kemtron.

Another Kemtron Model loco that I have seen a few of is the Wabash Mogul.      Early in my modeling I was tempted to buy one of the kits new, but on inspection decided it was way beyond my skill level,     I have seen a few built up also.      They make up into nice looking models in my opinon.
