Must have been wishful thinking!!!! I've already given $1000's worth of VHS to the library....still have more.
I have been in the house for four years, been through some pretty big storms, no water issues... The basement is unfinished, I will prob just get some backdrops and attach them to masonite and liquid nail them to the walls.

very impressive looks like a fun layout to run and scenic
Nice! I like the twin bridges. Looks like you have fastrack. Did you use it on the bridges? If not how did you connect fastrack to the bridges' tracks. I like the graded curve leading up to the bridge.

luvtrains,
The bridges are Atlas O Pratt Truss Bridges. They come with Atlas track installed in the brodge deck. I just used a FasTrack TRansition piece (Transitions from FasTrack to tubular) then on the ends of the Atlas bridges you attach Atlas Tubular Transition Clips and just slide the into the Tubular FasTrack Piece.
Here is a more current Video with the Elevation work finished.

Hi Gromet any update on your Layout??
Also can you tell me what track spacing you have @ the two single bridges I love how they look setup like that I would like to see if i can do the same....
Thanks Mike
It's looking good but as Don said I certainly would do something about the basement walls. Will you be able to get at them later?
I got to be honest..there is just something that kicks A@@ about two trains running in tandem side by side at the same speed!Nice track plan.Nick
Gromet;
Coming along nicely, Love the Redneck engineering in the first video.
Get Er Done.
Nick:
I agree, Adds to my determination to double the mainline on the new Layout.
My Goodness do I need a lot more track !
Cases on hand, Cases on order but I think I'll still be short.
Track plan still in flux but I really like what Gromet has done.
Food for thought.
Russell,would love to see a few pics.Nick
