LCCA announces 2013 free registration gift locomotive (photo)

Hope everyone likes this locomotive. This is second in the series. wait until you see the car that will match this. its not what you think.

The 2013 LCCA convention will be held in Chatanooga TN, not St Louis.   The convention will be one week earlier than our typical convention.  We will be in Chantanooga for our 43rd annual convention at the Chatanooga Choo Choo Hotel,

July 15-20,2013.

TCA will be in St. Louis in 2013.

No triskaidekaphobia here.  Lou, you may get me to drive all the way from LI to Chattanooga for this engine 

Unless it's on a a friday of course. And it is a 13hour drive too. 

800+ miles from the south shore of LI.  We figure two overnights each way along 81.  We did Norfolk in one day.  The biggest delay was going 3 miles on the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn.  That took 2 hours.

I've already booked a car with Enterprise (at the AARP rate) and now have to phone the AAA to get a Triptik.

It actually matches perfectly with the 80's Circle L set scheme.

I'm confused..   So this is a registration gift for those signing up to attend the 2013 LCCA convention?   Will it be shipped as soon as registration and payments are received?     Looks good!  :<

 You will get this in person when you attend the Chatanooga convention! same as this year you must be one of the first 400 registered and stay at the host hotel or in one of the passenger car rooms (which is really cool in 2013) for a minimum of 3 nights.

Folks the LCCA convention will be in Chattanooga not st louie. don't know how that st louie came about. We will do some tours the other organizations never considered. not only will there be this special vulcan but a dynamite on-site and convention car which we are creating already. everyone, i will keep you posted

Yes, the tours and schedule  were announced in the Feb. issue of our club publication, the Lion Roars. There  is also info on our website www.lionelcollectors.org.
