LCCA is considering making a drgw peospector set.
please let me know your thoughts. with the correct paint and lettering this set would be a killer.
thanks nsidering using the flying yankee and converting it to the beautiful DRGW prospector. if i don't get enough feedback it will be a dead issue.

Seems like a tall order to make the Lionel Flying Yankee look like the Prospector. How about making the Lionel Flying Yankee look more like the real Flying Yankee. You know, lose the dorky dark gray cab paint and the extra passenger coach.
Can you point me to an image of what this would look like - even roughly?

Neat engine. Make it unique Lou - cram it with some add on detail and brand it LCCA HI-FIDELITY TINPLATE. The more unique you make it the better. Based on the B/W images I can't tell colors, but ZINC CHROMATE (someone shut me up about the zinc chromate already) would look really sweet on these units.
