Received my Showroom Car paint chips yesterday. They are medium gauge steel blanks (1" X 4") enameled in two colors: DARK state green and LIGHT state green. The paint appears to be a quality baked enamel finish.
Should make it easy to accurately custom-mix both colors.

Will report back after touch-up painting is completed.
I believe having the paint samples on an actual metal surface will contribute to the accuracy of the color-processing computer readings. Also, these have been supplied from the factory in China.
