My Legacy Cab-2 Keyboard is now unresponsive. Every once in a while I can enter one number but never two.
90% inoperative. If there is no fix suggested that works, I will drop it off with the gurus at York.

Have you tried pressing the reset button on the underside? Sometimes that can work miracles if it's become confused. 
Otherwise, a trip back to the mothership sounds like the best option.

It is the keyboard on the remote and my other remote is fine.
I do not have a windows computer, only Mac.
I will take it to York.

Sorry, I may not have explained things very well. I meant the reset button on the remote, not the base unit.
