Legacy ID Module | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

I just opened my Legacy K-4 with long haul tender #6-84115 for the first time. I noticed that there was no ID module to insert into the Cab 2 that was in the box. Did the K-4 come with a module?

Lionel no longer includes the orange modules with the Legacy locomotives and hasn’t since 2017 I believe. If yours was made after 2017 it wasn’t included. I believe the LCS sensor track section replaced that feature.

Lionel no longer supplies that little Orange module. Just go through the set up motions and once its set up in your Legacy base it once and done. Enjoy the engine the K4's are really nice.
