Noticed in latest OGR article a LeMax Ferris wheel in picture. I too have one purchased after Christmas sale, for my carnival setup, however the wheel lights do not remain on but flicker on/off irregularly like bad contacts in hub.
LeMax is no help just saying return to store. I bought one last year that had this problem and returned it. Menards clerk let us unpack and try all 15 they had on the shelf and all had the same problems plus several that would not revolve. So they set them aside (for return?). This after Christmas I bought this wheel thinking it was a new batch with light flicker solved but it has same problem.
Does anyone else have this wheel and have the same light problem? I cannot see any screws or snaps that allow access to those contacts. Anyone know of fix other than just keeping it as static monument?
