Have any of the Lion Chief 2.0 steam locomotives been released as of yet?

My LHS says they are expected to receive them in the 2nd quarter of 2020.
Other than prototypes at Lionel, you aren't going to see any of them yet. 
First one out is supposed to be the LM Big Boy in March 2020 with the others following close behind.
i heard the tier 4 is not gonna be out til august which i don't understand why so late with all the others delivering much earlier. although i heard its gonna be a complete upgrade from the set version
im still shocked at how HUGE my gp38 is and i imagine the tier 4 is gonna be even more epicly massive. i swear i don't remember o gauge being this big and awesome
