Not all dealers have posted their 2017 Lionel Vol 1 pricing, but so far it appears that Lionel is limiting dealers to a maximum 10% discount on BTO items.

That is only the MAP pricing. (Minimum Advertised Pricing). Many will note to call the store. Chances are really good you'll get a better deal. Hint hint.
