Lionel 6-15170 L&N Passenger Car Set

I have been looking for L&N passenger cars to go with my MTH F3 ABAs. This is the only set I see available on the inter web.
Is anyone familiar with this set? It seems nice with detailed interiors but it might be a bit small. I run on 027 profile track with minimum 042 curves, Any opinions on how they would look with scale or near scale F3s would be appreciated.
