That's a shame.
Many Christmas-driven potential re-entrants to the hobby may be lost.
It was the Legacy system/engines that propelled me back into the hobby.

Wow, way back when it was August delivery.
I have one on order from Legacy Station, hopefully they'll be in before Christmas.
This was the same issue that I ran into two years ago when buying our first Legacy loco - It was a waiting game for the remote to ship. Thankfully it made it just under the wire a few weeks before Christmas.
Hope they get to you guys in time for the Holiday.
Low demand, low production product. The manufactures would rather make a few million smartphones vs a few hundred Legacy sets. So it leaves Lionel begging for open space to get the sets built. Sucks but its the reality of the situation

No catch... just luck... it had some issues, but a trip to Lionel and some help from BILLDASH got everything in the black...
Got a ZW-C that week, as well! The S01 chip is ordered...

Was just at Hobby Haven in Urbandale, IA this Morning. Saw TWO Brand New 990's for full Retail of $350.00 each.!! Depends on how bad you want them, I guess. These are SEALED, Brand New.
