Relaaaaax. Its only been 24hrs since the catalog went online, it takes weeks for dealers to send out paper copies to preferred customers. There will be plenty of time to place orders.
I recall when the VL bigboy was announced. There was a member agonizing over Ro's delayed price posting. He preordered from someone else. Ro came in $50-$100 lower than the other dealer when he finally put his prices up a week later.
Legacy Station, Trainworld, and McMiffin have prices, etc. I just did a search for the Lionel # and the info came up.
I generally use Legacy Station and/or Charles Ro. They will both have what you want, as will many others.

Oh good idea. Thanks
Folks,
As has been said in these pages many times before Charles Ro is always one of the last big dealers to have his preorder pricing up. Yet, he will have excellent prices, reasonable shipping, and good customer service. And his displayed arrival dates for product are very close to the mark.

With MAP in effect, all the dealers (large and small) are pretty much posting the MAP price, so don't expect website prices to reveal any super-dooper discounts. You'll need to call the store(s) or use a special coupon code to get the lowest possible pre-order price. BUT don't forget to ask about shipping!!! You might find shipping charges by some dealers more than make up for a slight difference in the cheaper product price. Charlie Ro is great to order from in this regard, because you'll know the shipping charges the day you place your order. Other dealers charge actual freight costs, and a few charge flat shipping charges per item that can add up big time when you're ordering lots of items. So when in doubt, ASK.

We are taking pre-orders for the Lionel 2018 Signature Catalog and I believe our prices are very close to all the dealers here that have posted prices online including Charlie Ro when he publishes them soon. I don't have the ability to publish on here (yet). Please call us at 315.451.6551 or e-mail us at sales@jrjunction.com
Thank you!
JR Junction, are you charging a 10% deposit on pre-orders we may not see for two years, like Charlie Nassau?
What, me worry?

No deposit required. We take pre orders in good faith the customer will follow through when it ships from the manufacturer. Pre orders can be cancelled by the customer in writing up until we receive the item.
Thank you!
Charles Ro has Early Buy prices posted, but you have to call for locomotive prices.

The Cupolacam cabooses are only $89.95.
Pre-order until March 30 and don't pay until the merchandise ships.
Mr. Muffin's trains also has their prices up, FYI.
If you go to Charles Ro website and put the new locomotive in your shopping cart and then click on checkout you will see the discounted prices for ordering before 3-30-18.
