I recently replaced the resisters, fan motors and wink in mt 2-10-4 (from 2011) Texas legacy engine. Operated smoke unit and found the aux smoke side of unit is heating up and will blow the smoke though the cylinders but when the effect is not operated smoke will come out of fan inlet. There was a Seperator inside of smoke unit with a cut out at the bottom and I put the cutout side down (bottom of unit). This did cause some melting of the plastic impeller. Any recommendations to fix this? Thank yo.
