Lionel F3 cab detail / interior

There was a post some years ago about a fellow who wanted to install the PWC F3 interiors into a 2343 style horizontal motored unit. This was never really answered. I have a 2353 set of guts with the new 2343 CC cabs. Just wondering if there's any way the plastic cab interior from the PWC series could fit without snagging the motor assemblies on the floor or back end of the interior part? The attachments are part of the cabs, so there's no issue getting the interiors installed - provided they clear the motor / gear head assemblies.. I've already done this on the Illinois Central F3 set ....and they look just awesome !
