Hello all,
I'm in the process of expanding my 4x8 layout into an 8x11 layout, and I've been using the same CW-80 I had in my first starter set since the beginning. Unfortunately, it seems I'll need a more powerful transformer if my current track plans come to fruition, however as I still have conventional engines I'd like to run from time to time, and I don't have Legacy yet, it will need to have a throttle knob. I'd like to know, is Lionel's GW-180 a more powerful transformer that's worth the money, and where can I buy one? Thanks for your help in advance!
