This video should give you a good look at Lionels new E8s. This one is not weathered but I did replace the front coupler with a Kadee. Enjoy!

Great engine and a great video. Lionel really knocked it out of the park with these new E-8's.

Rich, thank you for posting the video of that great looking and sounding E8. I saw the circular outlines but could not confirm from the view, but can you tell us if this model has lighted class lights above the lighted number boards? If so, are they directional, bi-color or constant illuminated?

Very nice.
Thanks Rich. Looks to be off when Fwd and red when Rev.
Hope to see and buy another of your great DVD projects in the future.
Rich,
Great video of a beautiful diesel locomotive, with its' sights and sounds!
I also model the P.RR. and your diesel makes me want one, too!
Good luck!
Ralph

Hi Rich, great looking and sounding E8's. The detail is outstanding, Lionel did a A#1 job on these babies. I'm waiting for my MKT version.

Rich, It don't get any better than that. Steve
Rich, as always, I enjoyed your videos, and as always, very informative.
Thank you!
Rich, great job on the video. Now I need to get a hold of one of the E'8s for my layout.
Thanks

Nice to see them in action on your layout!
BTW...any layout updates???
Thanks
I WENT TO YOUR WEB SITE. I LOVE THE LAYOUT. GREAT JOB!
STEVE
I agree, the E8s are a home run.
Wow, what a Nice Layout with Beautiful Engines....Do you run with Legacy by Lionel?
I have the Lionel SANTE FE E8's on order (Legacy). Thank You for a fantastic ride on Your Railroad. Keep up the Great Work...
Fantastic!
Peter
Excellent!
Patharm,
You will enjoy it, its a fun engine to operate. Post some photos.
Tex,
The Texas color scheme will looks great on this engine.
Dave,
Nothing left to do! Nothing major anyway. Only thing I did recently was replace my corner building (seen in the photos and video) with the new Woodland Scenics building. Seen here, third photo down, house is on the left http://www.toytrainsontracks.c...RR_E8_PhotoPage.html
It has no sidewalk so that something I have to do.
Larry,
Thanks. I run TMCC and Legacy and use the DCS remote to also control TMCC engines. Legacy allows me to run a slow speed and fine steps as seen in the video.
Thanks everyone,
Rich
Hi Rich, that video is fantastic. I do not have any newer Diesels as yet (mine are all post war) and your video makes me want trade in my old stuff for these new E8's.
BTW- I sent a couple new customers your way just this past week for your part 3 DVD.
thanks.
