I have a nyc scale h16-44 that I needed a part for-could not be easier-look up part no. after placing engine stock no. on their parts web page-full diagram and parts listing-call them this morning and placed my order and its already shipped-wish mth parts ordering was this simple.

I had blown a Legacy RS chip for my C&O Ten Wheeler, a quick call to them they had it ordered and delivered to me pretty quickly.
They are great Parts readily available, easy to look up and shipped lightning fast. Thats the way to do business
I agree. Lionel has really stepped up to the plate with their website, especially when it comes to ordering parts. We have been complaining to MTH for years in this regard to no avail.
Joseph, That has been my experience also. I am an operator and with my gang we bang up a lot of stuff. (The grandchildren's favorite yell - "Train Wreck!!!") Lionel is very good at finding the information, ordering and quickly shipping. 98% of my relationship with them is over the internet, however I once needed a part I could not find and called them. A real person answered the phone and solved my problem quickly and shipped the very same day.
The only caveat is these are parts for equipment from the last ~15 years any earlier then that you have to go to www.nltrainworks.com which, for me has been a nightmare site. However, they are rebuilding the site and it hopefully will be better.
