I found this on our UK ebay on Monday
the lady sent and look it is still nearly brand new was there other cars and trucks made for LIONEL, I have the Corgi book and there are no LIONEL Vehs
in it, i hope that you don't mind me putting it on this section,

Yes, Corgi had a line of Lionel vehicles and Eastwood also released several Lionelville vehicles. I'll post some of mine. I think Corgi had a Lionelville line and a line called Lionel City.

There was a time 10-12 years ago when you couldn't give Corgi Lionelville stuff away..Not sure about Eastwood but few were interested in the expensive Corgi line.
I think in time if it hasen't already, all this stuff will become collectable. Some Corgi pieces are difficult to find now.
I recall someone made a power unit to fit into the streetcar.

so the £10. I paid for this one was well worth it to me the lady said that it was new and never been out of the box I just thought ok but never dreamed it realy was untill I opened the box this might sound childish but if you like I can show some more pics of it, please remember you might see them over the pond but it's the first one I have ever seen and now it's in my train cabinet,
There was a Lionel automobile carrier under the RMT brand name that was offered years ago... I think it held 4 Corvettes
Yes it has 4 Corvettes in Lionel colors. There are several other flatbed trucks from RMT with Lionel loads...a dummy BEEP engine, caboose, tank car and I think one more. These turn up on the auction site fairly frequently and usually go pretty cheap.
Solido made 2 Lionelville cars...a 1950 Chevy taxi in red-orange, and a 1947 Chrysler police car. A dealer at York has been trying to sell the pair for close to $100. They sit there year after year. I would say $25, each on eBay would be a reasonable price.
