Has anyone received their volume 2 Lionel Catalog from their LRRC membership?

I got mine last week. 
I have not received mine. I sent an E-mail a couple of days ago regarding that, but have not received a reply!

Nope, not as of Nov. 9th.
But I did get the MTH 2013 Vol I two days ago...
Got mine 2 weeks ago.
MTH 2013 Volume 1 came yesterday. No sign of the Lionel catalog yet.

Nope, but they did send me a renewal form a few weeks ago, and I posted this on their facebook page on October 22nd:
"Today I got a flyer to renew my LRRC membership. Now, I want to ask you why? I can buy from your dealers cheaper than online, the catalogs are online and always arrive 1-2 months after the release (to the point where it is almost the pre-order date), and I never got my pin or membership card for this year!"
I never got a response, so I do not think I will be renewing.
