Great review Eric. My Friend purchased this set at Christmas time and really likes it. He is going to get the extra cars later this year.
Eric, this is a nice set, and lots of features for such an inexpensive set. Being Blue Tooth capable and also Lionchief Remote capable, it’s a beautiful and fun to run train.,,,Very nice.. I will watch your video soon...

Good review. I believe this was the best overall starter set Lionel has released in a long time. We sold out of them quickly and more are on the way. We have the two add-on cars in stock too. Good tutorial on changing traction tires too.
The Super Chief is no doubt one of the most famous trains to have ever ridden the iron rails. The Lionel version has managed to withstand the test of time to become one of of the most in-demand/popular sets of all time, even with new competition such as the Polar Express and even in the world outside of railroading.
Im glad to say that I own the new Super Chief, but im also a bit disappointed knowing that today's youth are missing out on the joys and fun of model railroading, instead wasting their hours away on phones or playing video games.
