I know I trashed the lighting kit that came with it and replaced it with LED strips but, other than that, I don't think I did much else to kit-bash the structure other than what you see in the pic. Obviously, I added the 'copter, flag stand, ambulance, scenery and figures.

* - the person laying on the steps was unintentional

No - they came molded in on my kit.
