Just got this TMCC engine. It must have had a hard trip to the UK - several bits broken and joints unsoldered.
I have been working away today and have got it up and running with all the lights and sounds. Smoke element works but fan motor does not. Looking down the left side of the engine from the front there are 2 plugs into the smoke unit top/board, left to right the first is a 3 pin the second a 2 pin.
The 3 pin plug has 2 red wires either end and a black wire to the middle. The black wire has come detached from somewhere at the other end - any ideas anyone?
It looks like it might come from the first plug in the board below?
Otherwise looks like it could be a great engine - the chassis has been running fine with smoke off in the meantime.
