Locomotive to Tender Connectors

I saw a prior post and it recommended these http://www.miniatronics.com/Me...&Category_Code=4

However there was this disclaimer:CAUTION: NOT TO BE USED TO POWER ROLLING STOCK OR OTHER HIGH CURRENT APPLICATIONS.

I'm going to be upgrade a Williams Cab Forward with ERR and I have to use a new connector as the one with the tender is missing.

Any ideas

If you put the Cruise Commander in the locomotive, the Minitronics tether is good to just pipe the audio and power for the sound board to the tender. I'd probably not try to use it for a motor or track power for the whole train.
