Possibly. I glanced at their $3 LED and it claims 40 Lumens (a measure of brightness) at 12-14V. Presumably you are at 18V so it would be brighter yet.
I don't know what bulb you are replacing but some of their 18V incandescents have a brightness of, say, 1.0 MSCP (another measure of Brightness). Ignoring the technical details and why they mix apples and oranges, that's equivalent to about 13 Lumens. So your LED may be too bright! In which case a resistor might apply.
Don't mean to sound alarmist. It might work just fine.
