Looks like you need the complete mechanism kit.

Age is related to several things - early boilers might have been sand cast.  Later were lost wax.  Early frame & cylinders were sand cast; later the frame was built up, cylinders two piece lost wax.  Drivers - cast iron, then plastic.  Tenders - main body sand cast, then later etched sheet.

Good models of a pleasant prototype.

Opinion

Instead of super glue, purchase a small bottle of Loctite 609 Retaining Compound and apply it around the tire and press it back on the driver center.  The Loctite will give you some time to get the tire back on straight before setting up and in 24 hours it will be on forever.  I use this product a lot and it has many uses in the shop.  McMaster Carr on line has it in stock.  I am not a big fan of the "super glues".
