Ok I have the lionel 6-14209 magnetic crane I just purchased off the bay. Connected the black to the U post and the white/black to about 17v ac. Heres the problem. The motor that rotates the crane and the motor that pulls the hook up and down work, but nothing happens. Both motors appear to be working and glow blue, but does not rotate or raise/lower the hook. Its as if something is bound up in the gears? But both motors/gears doing that same thing?
