@BlueComet400 posted:Does anyone have the Weaver MEC 470 Pacific? If so, please post a photo or 2 if you can.
Hi John,
I believe this #470 may be a Weaver? Or it could be custom paint? I took these photos at a club members layout, during a summer outing open house.

That's the one, Mike. Thanks. If/when I find one, that will complete the list of Maine locos I want to own.

Thanks, David 98, for posting these photos. I never knew the Weaver loco was die-cast; I assumed that since it was Weaver, it was brass. That's a great-looking loco; if you ever want to sell it, please let me know.

I've avoided posting any Boston & Maine equipment until now so as not to "offend" any Maine aficionados with a railroad that was incorporated in Massachusetts. But I believe that B&M #3713 did run between Boston and Portland. Model by Weaver.

Wow ! More entries! So cool. Even if it’s B&M lol!
But I really like B&M as well. Thanks CTR.
Johan, I hope my scenery looks as beautiful as yours when I embark on my scale, railroading adventure.
apple 55....great cylindrical map car!
capecod northern...more MEC goodies. Yeah the KD improve things look wise and operational.
BAR GP7 #73....beautiful scenes.
David98, ahh the glorious 470! Such a great loco
Mel, what a solid loco that B&M3713!
so much MEC and B&M I really am amazed!
Leroof. Thank you. I don’t think building a landscape is more efficient than anything else. All it takes is a plan, the color of the eye, a lot of time and patience.

Another video of my “Maine Train” behind Maine Central #501.

The BAR Sensor Car (transplant from the REA Reefer sensor car).
Plus my MEC tote bag (from global airline to railroad). My folks brought that bag back from a trip originating at Bangor. Still using it as a grab bag for bits of line.
