The Maryland O-Gaugers,  MDOG, had a Winter Meet yesterday at George's new home and layout near Frederick, MD. What a great time! George is always so hospitable, and his new layout is an amazing work. Scenery is tremendous, with industry, rural scenes, woodlands, and an incredible gorge. Operational opportunities are outstanding. We were all amazed at how much he has done in less than one year. Many members brought their locomotives and trains to run. Here's some photos from the event. Hopefully others taking pics will add theirs as well.

Thanks again, George, for a great day!

It was nice to meet George and the other member of the Maryland O-Gaugers yesterday.

George's layout is a fun one, set up with sidings for different industries.

Seeing the guys running multiple trains with the Legacy and MTH controllers, nudged me to go ahead and order the 990 Legacy set this morning, so that I can remotely operate my TMCC engines.
