Material for flower flock?

What do you guys use for flower flock to make making flowering grass tufts? I see the pre made flowering tufts selling everywhere but I'm having a hard time finding just the colored flock/foam. I'm looking for purples, pink, orange, yellow, blues, red.

Scenery Express is out of stock of the 4 colors but they have purple. They are Woodland Scenic so you need to look for them.
