Andre,
Would it be possible to get a sample?
Steve
I bought a bridge that was made from hydrocal and busted up in shipping. If you could make it from a better material, you'd have a winner!! These have sub arches underneath running across the width and have great detail there too. Just not made out of the right material.

Steve
Of course.
IMO the brick I printed is little small.
let me know if you want it few % bigger.
Andre.
We need a video of this creative process in action. Would it harm a camera?
I love that brick texture! Such a shame I model an area and timeframe where very few buildings were brick, otherwise I'd be buying that stuff by the square yard!

Andre,
This is want I think would work.
Steve
Excellent, thank you Andre...I will in the future for sure.
Cargo door is done.
Steve,
I didn't forget your stone walls. Just I am busy.

Andre.
WOW, that really looks like you walked over to a 1:1 scale building and took that shot. I'm impressed!
Andre,
That looks so realistic, very nicely done!!!!!
Alex
I'm sure you mentioned this before, but I didn't see it. Did you do the texturing with the laser too? The whole effect is terrific!
Thank you guys!!
Texture is not made by the laser. Texture and color was made using different acrylics paints.
Andre.
Some great work!
I have had a laser machine for about 11 years.
I have thought of trying something like this.....but the time it takes to do I deemed
it WAY to costly. I have a 25 watt machine.....maybe a higher wattage machine is faster....but my machine would take hours to cut that brick front. And with a laser machine having a finite life, XX hours of cutting, I have never tried what you did.
Mind telling me what wattage and how long the front takes to cut??
Thanks

Dave,
one front 6x8 engraved and cutter take around 24 minutes. depending the resolution will take little more or less.
the laser is 60 Watt @100%.
Andre.
Thanks for the info.....higher watt speeds things up a bit!!
