I recently purchased the Menards Caboose Coffee Shop. The "smoking" feature on my unit is a lot to be desired - it is intermittent and when it decides to smoke, it is barely visible... not even close to the video on the Menards website. Has anyone else seen this issue and are there any tips/tricks to getting it to smoke better? I've been emailing back and forth with Menards and their suggestion is "sometimes the wick on the steam unit gets plugged up. Try dabbing the unit inside of the water tank with a Q-tip. That seems to do the trick most times." I've use distilled water in the unit and I've tried thier suggestion without any luck. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
