Has anyone noticed this very handsome Christmas engine that was recently advertised by MTH? It is item# 20-3979-1. I have an older Blue Mountain & Reading variation (they're also making this one again) and hands-down it is a very nice model with the neat semi-rounded boiler on the underside as compared to competitors hideous U-shaped undersided boiler where the suspension is cast into the super-structure. I unofficially swore off future MTH engines because I don't have a dealer near me, but I think I am going to make an exception on what for me may be the Christmas 2025 Engine of the year.
