I have an issue with a new Lion Chief Polar Express doodlebug. I can set the sound level using the app and the universal remote also. The problem is. When I shut down the power and go back later the sound level reverts back to the previous level it was set at. The way all my other Lion Chief and Lion Chief Plus work is that it will hold the sound level until you change it. The manual says it should hold its new sound level also.
Has anyone else experienced this? I did call Lionel and after 3 weeks of back and forth emails I was told to send it in. It works fine otherwise and I really don't want to send it in. Was wondering if anyone has a fix or suggestion.
