Here are a couple of ways. Note that the examples on the left in each photo has an "S" curve that may cause problems for some equipment whereas the examples on the right add 2 straight tracks to eliminate the curve. Also, the 1st photo shows some disconnects using the default .079" gap tolerance the SCARM software uses whereas the 2nd photo doesn't show them using the .3" tolerance the AnyRail software uses.
