What a great building good job Menard's on the detail will be a big seller nicest one so far I think, 30thstreet
Looks like another hit from Menard's. Very nice looking building.
How big is the footprint? It looks pretty large.
Menards is sure making a serious impact in the O-Gauge market.
Footprint is 10" x 18.5" x 8.75"
Price is $109 + shipping minus an $11 in store merchandise credit
Scrapiron says this is a great value. He loves that flashing Sherwin-Williams sign.
If he had a layout he would scoop it up !
I have to get one ordered right now. AND it is 11% off this week too.
Great looking building, thank for the great pictures, Scot.

Art the $11 off is ONLY in the form of an in store merchandise credit.
Still, a fabulous value.
Very nice looking Scott.
Another super nice building from Menards. No doubt that Menards is establishing a name for themselves in the electric train hobby.

First Class Structures, all the way.......
Looks GREAT! NOW if you take away all the details, At first I thought it was a kitbash of the following:
Lionel Coaling station Kit + Lionel Brick Water tower kit + the Lionel Lumber YArd Kit+ Fastrac Lockon. Add in those pieces plus the details and that exceeds the price of the Menards R-T-R!
Art the $11 off is ONLY in the form of an in store merchandise credit.
Still, a fabulous value.
Eliot - I have a Menards 10 minutes from my house so I can use the rebate certificate easily. And it is a good price without the discount.
Art
fantastic! Thank you for the pictures!
Art, that's great. NOW, you have to use the $11 credit to add something to that amazing layout you have. Then, show us how you did !

Talk about great customer service. Nice job Mark.
Wow that is cool - thanks Mark! Looks like this can be used for both the building order and the deuce and a half/Moe's garage order I placed recently. Thanks very much for posting the form.
So, Mark, do you have a home layout as well? We are really enjoying the Menards in our area and all the new O Gauge items. Thanks!

I must applaud Menards for offering beautiful niche products for the O gauge market, for being sensitive to consumer needs and also for having someone here on this forum that we can communicate with. That's first class operation in my book.
If they add some houses, there could easily be an all Menards layout. They are offering some fine looking buildings at affordable prices. The Miller S/W sign has always been my favorite.
Thanks! Looks great. I appreciate your taking the time to post so many good photos.
Mine should arrive today. Not even going to take it out of the box just yet as I have no place ont he layout for it yet. I look forward to having it on the layout when I get the new redevelopment area done.
Mark,
Thank you for helping Bob out. Menards is first class all the way. I love your prices on your train related items. Your prices makes items affordable. Thank you, for your great products and great prices.
I would like to Thank Menard's & Mark for this offer.

Floyd,
I emailed you at your verizon.net email but you might want to check your junk folder. Sometimes they wind up in there.

Just received my Dakota factory today and I must say it is worth every penny.
I was going to store mine in the box, but my wife wanted the box to store some old dishes in, so I just placed it on the layout. It doesn't really fit just like I want. But It is a fantastic building, and more important, just screams "I was made for bashing, Lee, so you will have no problem moving pieces around to fit into the space you have for me on the layout." It is one spectacular bargain.

Another home run! Thanks for posting the photos.
This is a really old post but hoping someone can help me out. I recently purchased this bldg on the secondary market but no instructions were included. Whenever I power the bldg the Sherman williams sign lights up, then I have to push a small button to have the sign flash. I have to push the button everytime on power up to make it flash. I cannot easily reach the button where I want to place the bldg.
Is there a way to have the sign power up in flashing mode?
Ken
Really like this new building. Would look great with the Lionel postwar 264 Operating Fork Lift.
I did add a nonoperating fork lift and some more stacks of wood.
