Here it is guys, the heaviest building of them all. Lots of great details included. The cement pumper is worth the money alone. Check out the fine details of it. With a little imagination, this could be the best building yet.. Bob... the Mayor of Menardsville

Very nice Dad, Another great report. I agree it may just be their best building yet for altering it. So seeing the amount of buildings that have been added to Menardsville when does imminent domain start taking out railroad tracks for new buildings...................Paul
Bob, Looks to me like it is becoming Menards City!! Thank you for the photographs and description. I won't be buying one, but it is certainly another wonderful model!

It doesn't look good for the railroad going through downtown for long.... The City Inspector is looking at different options as we talk...If we only had a city hall instead of meeting at the Red Owl store it may be better.
Great photos and thank you for sharing! I love that concrete pump truck!
Building wont work for my time period but man is it cool!! LOADS of detail and ways to set it up!!!

Thanks for the pictures Dad! At the next meeting just offer up some Coors Light to the board! They will approve some new excavation for new building on the edge of town. All you have to do is plant some new grass and roads and they will come!

I say you should meet at the York Hotel!!!
Dad, brother Mike pointed it out to me. I had missed it. I bet in another few months it could quite be single file pedestrian traffic.....one way only........Paul
Looks great Bob. Thanks for the pics & review. Looks like the economy is booming in Menardsville.
Dad, if this keeps up, Menardsville is going end up a pedestrian mall! LOL
The City Council just met, they have just officially changed the name from Menardsville to Menard City... I think I may resign from being Mayor, I just can't take the pressure of all these new buildings being constructed . Mark... I think you should step up to the plate... NOW....LOL..
Dad, somehow I don't think you are done with politics yet LOL. My guess is you have gotten a very plush job with the city and will now have time to expand the town to a city and with the huge increase in salary which will allow you to completely take over the design team at Menards and everything will be built to your desires LOL...........Paul
Mum's the word dad. But I don't know about the other two LOL.............Paul
With all that growth, sounds like your going to busy! Better get started on the new trains station!

Hey Dad, might be a slow go. As you know this generation doesn't seam to want to do manual work anymore! So you might end up with a lot of old guys like us that move kind of slow! LOL
That's a neat building and a great idea from Menards as well. Comes with some neat accessories too. I think you are soon going to have to annex a lot more land to accommodate all this new Menards City expansion and also expand the roads to keep the traffic flowing.
