Steve,
We all need a bit more info?
In regards to?
Always have found Menards to respond..
Any chance that they’ve emailed you back and their response(s) went into your spam/junk folder?
I know it's sooo last century (and defeats the purpose of e-commerce), but have you tried calling on the phone?

The OP didn’t really give us enough information to guess what’s going on. But assuming that he doesn’t have a local store and ordered something online, there’s no one for him to call. Everything on the Menards customer service page is either an email address or a mail in form (talk about old fashioned).
Thankfully I have had very few problems with any train items I have ordered from Menards and I have ordered a bunch! But when I do have an issue an e-mail has been promptly answered and situation resolved, often over and above what I expected. My thoughts are as a person has said, could be lost in a filter or some such thing! You can also address issue with Mark here on the forum. I have never seen where he failed to respond! Hope this helps!
OK...the comments turned into a gripping and "got to tell my story" thread so some editing and deleting occurred and as you can see, the number to Menard's customer service was posted above....thread closed as it serves no other purpose but to stir the pot....
