Very nice. A structure that can fit in any era. Well done.
Nice presentation Dad. I think it may sell out quickly. What could be the next surprise coming down the road......maybe a building or maybe new freight cars not done by Menards yet.........Paul
Very nice, Bob, but you had better move that dumpster down while it is empty. WM will have trouble backing up to it.
Dad, as usual terrific pictures that really show the great detail on this building! I'm thinking the next building should be a beauty salon where the citizens of Menardville get their hair dyed blond! LOL
Pretty soon you will not have any room for trains! It will just be Menardsville.
If anyone needs some "actual " sawdust from this business, I can help you out..LOL.. I just dumped 200 gallons of saw dust in the dumpster today.

Henry Ford turned sawdust into charcoal in Kingsford, MI , Dad !
Another gem from our friends at Menards! Those spinning fans are real nice feature to grab some attention.
Bob I love it. Definitely one of the nicest structure from Menards. Can't wait to get mine. I can see this one on ebay in about 6 months for $180.00. Maybe I should buy 2 more.
Nice job there Dad! The building looks wonderful and as others have said will fit any era! Going to have to order one after I get my train room finished! LOL
Bob, thank you for the photographs and video! It looks great in Menardsville!! I like the simulated rotating fans in the window. Looking online I see the Footprint is only 20"W x 6-1/4"D. Menards did something smart again by putting a bay for the track to run through reducing the overall footprint of 20"W x 11-3/8"D to the effective footprint of 20"W x 6-1/4"D. A modeler could use that track space to setup a boxcar loading scene, or hide a through track to make better use of small space!
Still for me, 20" length will take up too much room in one of my two small towns on my under construction layout. I'm sorry I will have to pass on this one.
Now, some observations and questions. I like the siding on the exterior walls. Do you think it is made to simulate board and batten wood construction or a sheet metal siding construction. It seems similar to the power station which I took to be simulating a metal sided building.
I know Menards makes use of red lights on the roofs of buildings which seems prototypical for say a power station or the salt building, but I think I would remove them from this building. Just my own personal preference.
I am glad to see Jack free and clear holding court on the loading dock as dock foreman!! No leash here!!
Overall, a great building!!
With all those lights on inside they must be running 3 shifts a day.
Business is booming, Joe!!!

Wow! Now that's a waste! You could have mixed it in with shredded paper and water, shaped it to a brick, dried out and sold it off a a duralog knockoff!
Got one on order for store pick-up when I'm in Columbus, OH. Bob, did you happen to measure the current draw for this structure? Having current draw as part of the product description on Menards website should be standard, but we can make due.
I finally received my Building today. It pretty much survived UPS sans for the sawdust chute in the truck loading area that became unglued. I am impressed with the size and detail of this structure. I really believe this one will be a sellout! If you are on the fence, get it now while you can!
I picked mine up last Friday. I'm glad a have the space for it as it's a big puppy, probably the largest from Menard's to date, for this era anyway. I hope the brewery release is a sizeable structure too.
I also have to agree that this release will be a sellout, nice addition to their building offerings.
