How do I use the message system? I've been trying to reach Alan by email and am given a message saying his email is incorrect.

He does not use the Private Messaging system here.
Alan who? If the you and the receiver are both
, then you just go to the receiver's profile and click on Start Private Message.
If not, then use the email address in the receivers profile.
