I second that motion - she is a real asset to MTH - kinda like Lenny Dean was to Lionel !

I've dealt with her once (Need to call her up again here.) a few years ago.  I had a very early PS-1 equipped Hudson that I needed parts for, and wanted to upgrade.  At one point MTH made Protocouplers an upgrade option, and I wanted to add one to my Hudson.  She let me know that yes, it was an old kit, but they had no more.  But she'd talk to the techs and see if she could send me the parts needed to make my own kit to do the upgrade.  When the parts order came, there were the items I needed to do the upgrade, and fix the locomotive.  She understands we love out trains and was more than willing to help us keep them running, even if they are 15 years old.
