Q. 600E What is the issue?

A. He doesn't have the tooling.  Is this Joe from York?

Q.Maybe you can ask him why he hasn’t provided us East Coast Guys with the following items yet.

A. What following items?

Q.If you get a chance, please ask Mike when he will put out Florida Tri Rail cars and engine(s) next.

A.  We just made it recently but every time they sell out!  Well do it again but because it was so recent it may be a little bit.  Make sure you preorder on these because they always sell well.

Ask Mike to consider making some of the Norfolk Southern Eco engines that they are unveiling in Georgia and Illinois for further modeling.  Love what they did with the Vets, 911 and Go Rail.  Would love to see the Eco engines in a future catalog.

Also Norfolk Southern husky stack with black contains in premier or even twin stacks with NS Black containers.  We spoke at York about them but just a friendly reminder!

Thanks.

David

A. Yes he will make them both!

Q. Any plans for Premier Canadian Pacific Heavy Weight passenger cars and a

CP Hudson ?

Thank you.

A.  Yes

Q.Will dealers have DCS Wifi units before month end.

A.  Dealers will have a sample so you can try it.  But it wont be in till December to sell.

Q.

1) ETA on Premier 44T?

3 months out.  They had to switch to a different plant for that tooling.

2) Smoking whistle on Railking Imperial locos?

No. He wants to keep that as a premier feature.

3) Likelihood of new Railking loco tooling, both diesel and Imperial steam

It's possible for the new ES44 and SD70 Tier 4 EMD engines.

Ken,

Thanks for the reply, but for clarification you mean both the Georgia and Illinois engines or Eco and stacks (twin/husky)?

Thanks for asking him.

Q. This will do all scales and is MTH going into N scale market?

A.  Wifi will work with His HO engines.  He wont get into N scale until he finishes up a lot of he projects he has going on now.  I love the Amherst show we usually go their to talk to the manufacturers.

A. Both the Eco engines and husky stacks.  Anything NS is always very popular.

1) Do you see additional Twin Stack sets in the near future and if so, would love to see another Canadian National run plus Canadian Pacific would be nice also.

A. Yes

2) Do you see making non-powered engines w/ lights in Premier again as an option?

A. If the economy gets better and the preorders start to get better then we can run them.

Q.When will new G Scale Redux MTH Big Boys be arriving into your stores?

A. Should be around February

Question.

1)  When will the full up DCS app be available to the consumer ?

A.Box wifi 4 weeks / Apple app 1-2 weeks / Android app is available now

2)  Once the WIU and the full up app are available, what's likely to come next as new features added to DCS ?

A. Im not going to say right now but it will be very, very, very cool.

Q. Could you ask him about the possibility of making CSX SD40-3, GP40-3, and GP38-3 locomotive rebuilds, as well as high hood GP30's?

A. Were looking at all these rebuilds!

A. Great to hear Andy!  Well do that!

I would also ask that Mike consider donating some $$$ from the sale of the LIRRL G5 39 & 35 models to the restoration efforts of the REAL LIRR G5 35 & 39.

Why is it that I have a hundred questions and when I have the chance to ask, my mind goes blank? (be gentle here, there's kids around)

I think that from my days spent on the road, I only remember the people who went out of their way for us. It's a great thing to be greeted well and taken care of. That's why I posted about having a great time. I still remember the good times and good people. The rest is hazy.

Mr. Wolf, I just wanted to say thank you for making those great 0-gauge trains for the western Pennsylvania/ Ohio area, such as P&LE and the Aliquippa and Southern railways. Not to mention B&P and Ohio Central. Especially the P&LE Passenger cars that NO ONE else is currently making in 3-rail 0-gauge, just awesome.

(Now, if I could only persuade you to make a model of the Coraopolis P&LE passenger station.)

Wow! Thanks for offering this Q&A opportunity.

My question for Mike is when can we realistically expect delivery of #20-3595-1, the Premiere 4-4-0 Strasburg cab no.98 steam engine with Proto 3.0 and Hi-Rail Wheels?

Also the related Premiere 64' Woodsided Passenger cars (also Strasburg RR) They were scheduled for Oct. delivery but I've now heard they won't be here until sometime in 2016? Any truth to that? Also, why were the names and numbers of the cars changed from the early 2000's offerings. Finally will the led coach lighting be white, warm white, or yellow?

Thanks TrainLand for this service to OGR forum members and to Mike for reissuing this great loco and coaches in the Strasburg livery. Although I already own a full set of the early 2000 offering of these Strasburg coaches, I finally look forward to owning a loco worthy of pulling them!I'm eagerly awaiting both

Realistically February for both the engine and the cars.  He always try's to change the numbers of the cars so people who bought the first run can add on.   Warm white led coach lighting.

Mike Wolf is leaving the store now but we are open till 6 tonight.  We will be sure to do the same thing for Q&A next year
