I took some days off to attend a military vehicle camp out in California and then stop at a great train town of Dunsmuir, California on the way home.  At the military vehicle camp out there were over 300 restored vehicles including tanks, halftracks, jeeps, Army mule's", trucks, ambulances and more.  There were 380 camp sites and almost all were selling some type of Army or other military items.  I found a couple O gauge scale vehicles.  I am going to get myself one of those Army mechanical mule's, 4 wheel drive, 4 wheel steering and small at the same time.  On the way home we stayed at a Railroad, caboose motel in Dunsmuir, California.  Dunsmuir is an old railroad town near Mt. Shasta.  Neat town to roam around with small yard, turntable and old engine house.

My companion Lady on tank.....we got a ride in this thing later in the day.

Thanks John and Alex.  Plenty to see alright.  A real adventure for Lady as she flew with me on two jets in one day to get to California.  She was a real trooper.  Because of her vest (metal parts) she had to be patted down by security in Seattle.  It ended up being a petting and hugging session for about 10 minutes.

Love the Dachshund,
My dad's friend had a Locomobile car when I was a kid. The guy owned a garage/auto body shop and did the restoration himself. That car had a bronze block and cylinders so big you could stick your head inside them. It was a very high end car for it's time.
Looks like you 2 had a good time . To bad you couldn't get her a ride on a Panzer LOL
