A while back I had started a thread asking about the differences of these locomotives, and came away from the posts that the boiler and cylinder size and tender were what was different, but that they were on the same chassis. So why does Lionel list the light as being O-36 and the heavy as O-54? What is the actual tightest curve you have run them on and they run well? I'm ready to get a Mikado, and what whistle steam, but it needs to run on O-36 curves. Thanks.
