MNP Track CLeaning Car

Just noticed this track cleaning car in the latest issue of OGR magazine and I happen to be in the market for a track cleaning car at some point. I'm new to this, so please be kind if this is a stupid question. The site says it has TMCC control. Does that mean it can operate by itself without being part of a consist? If so, does that mean I'd need the TMCC module to operate it with my DCS/TIU system? I see it also has an On/Off switch and I assume that lets it operate as part of a consist if desired. Since I've seen cars from $50 to over $200, this seems like a reasonable price if it operates by itself. Any experience with MNP products?

Thanks, Dan. That's what I was thinking, but thought I'd ask because they only show one set of wheels and the TMCC module, not the motors that must be connected to the cleaning disks to make them turn. Right after I read that, I saw the mousetrap cleaning setup and I'm going to that a try until I absolutely need a cleaning car.
