Don DOES live on Maui and not the big island.

I'm on Maui, have large O Gauge layout in basement....would like to know of other railroaders. Who's this Don guy?

Great photos!!! Is that a Chicago,North Shore and Milwaukee running on the "L" tracks?  I wish I would have got one when they came out.  It would be perfect to run on both the city elevated section and suburban area of my layout

I live in Kailua Kona on the big island. I would love to find some others on this island that are in to model trains. I do not have a room for my set up right now, just have to set it up on the floor and enjoy it for a few days and then pack it all up... such a shame..

But we still enjoy it...smoke as well, got my **** smoke pack already for the coming season.

I wonder why the Christmas smoke pack got 4 stars ?

WallyJD:  You live in Wailuku. Don McCuaig lives in the Lahaina area (opposite side of the island, for those who may not know).  Don is a regular contributor here and a regular contributor to the magazine.

I believe Mike lives in Captain Cook on the Big Island (Hawaii).

Because you abbreviated the name "Christmas."  That abbreviation gets filtered out on this forum (along with other terms).  Don't fight it; just use the full name if you're referring to that event.

Would be nice if the TV show FIVE-O  would show some of these layouts.  Book it Danno!
