Modeling the Dogfish brewery in Milton DE?

I live near the brewery and have a bunch of friends who work there and would love to have this unique building and treehouse on my layout. Anyone up for the challenge? Thoughts?

I'm a big Dogfish Head IP90 fan!!!! This building would be so perfect on my Chrstmas Layout except for: size, I don't feel like building it, and I just don't have the room. How tempting though!
