Yes, on at least a few occasions. Got a nice Legacy AC6000 that I could not find elsewhere from them and a variety of parts. Quite a large inventory, website easy to use and prompt shipping. Good rating in my view.

I have bought several lionel boxcars from them and never had a problem. 

I purchased an engine cradle from them.  Very smooth and quick transaction.  No issues at all. 

I have purchased a few small items there with no problems. They are a reputable dealer.

I have bought the majority internet train stuff I have (a lot) from them.  They provide good and fast service and their standard shipping is quite fast: I always get my stuff in two days and once good it in less than 24 hours!

AND...perhaps we can get them to promote themselves in the magazine and here on the forum...??

Alan, I actually suggested to them about a year ago they should advertise here, and I put in a plug for OGR and the forum.

The person I spoke to said he was going to ask and find out, but I never heard back.

They are an excellent dealer.  As other have said, great prices, fast shipping, good customer service.  Their inventory is second almost to none.

Klein's is great. I've ordered from them before. I haven't been to there store however (I'm only about an hour south from them). I order from them occasionally but since I have to pay sales tax, I'll sometimes go elsewhere depending on what it is. Of course, I try to always get things from my local dealer. 

They are my go to dealer, accurate real time inventory, and first class customer service!  On my last order for MTH track I asked them to contact me if shipping was going to exceed the shopping cart estimate.

They contacted me and worked with me to make order changes that allowed the order to fit in a single box, which saved me $50 in shipping fees.  That means they packed my order twice, and contacted me before proceeding.  Cannot ask for more!

I forgot to mention this in my earlier post.  Oft times, when I'm searching for something, perhaps a year or two old, but new, they come up in the search, as having what I desire, in stock.  When I check, it's always at a discounted price, brand new, and ends my search happily.

I've bought from them in person and online. Always good service and reasonable prices, and they sometimes have out of the way items that I don't find elsewhere. Definitely on my list of regular suppliers.

The last 2 orders I made wear through them. Like every one has said very quick shipping only 2 days. very happy with them. I will order through them again

They have already mentioned most things in that they are a very good dealer and I have spent a lot of money through them but to point out another thing is that they pack their shipments very well.  Close to or equal of Charles Ro and/or Trainworld.  They package to ensure that it gets their safely.  I always go back to them.

They are great to deal with, I have been buying from them for over 40 years. They are in a much better location now since their move out of Baltimore city. They have been able to get me anything that I wanted .

I always like to stop in local shops when traveling.  I made this place one of my pit stops during a trip south.  Very friendly people.  Not pushy... but there to help when you needed it.
